"BEGINNERS CLASSES are now available with Boiler Room Fitness - Spinning Studio !!
If you are a little unsure and want to learn how to Spin with us without having to throw yourself into the deep end of a full class then these classes will suit you right down to the ground.
Starting on Saturday 17th October at 9am, we are offering a 3 Session Beginners Package to start you off on your spinning journey.
Surround yourself with individuals just like you and build your spinning confidence in easy stages.
If you wish to read up on Spinning then google 'beginners spinning' as there are many articles, most of which are relevant......don't read into it too much, try it for yourself and let Boiler Room Fitness look after you.
Register online at boilerroomfitness.co.uk , select the "Beginners Package - 3 sessions" in the Retail tab then book yourself onto the classes at 9am on Saturday mornings from October 17th.

Caffe Parma

Good news in that the power gets switched on this Wednesday 14th October and they hope to open the following Wednesday 21st October!
The members bar will remain as is until the end of the year when it will then be closed for renovations. Dates to be confirmed but shouldn't be for too long as internal work only and no energy companies involved!

Christmas Club Dinner - Sat 5th December!

Congratulations to Jamie Hunter & David Birrell who retained their doubles title beating James Macdonald & Ian Campbell in the final.
