New "Yoga Bellies" Classes starting Friday January 15th. Dragons' Den winners!
YogaBellies classes offer a complete holistic programme for women’s specific needs from menstruation, through conception, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. YogaBellies sessions incorporate a range of authentic yogic and holistic techniques and include traditional yoga asanas (postures); self­hypnosis and deep relaxation within a typical class. For mother and baby, we offer yoga during pregnancy; post natal yoga and massage, beautiful songs, games and positive life building experiences. We also offer YogaBelles, our women only classes which focus on women's health and wellbeing and their natural cycles right up until postmenopausal. *Mum&Baby sessions begin in the Western on the 15/01/2016, *Pregnancy yoga sessions begin in the West End on the 20/01/2016. Closed from 3pm on Xmas Eve and New Years Eve plus all day 25/26 Dec and 1/2 January.
Caffe Parma closed on Xmas Day and New years Day only.

All winners/runners up of this year's club champs can pick up their tops from the office any time that suits.

Social Tennis/Squash

Social tennis will continue (weather permitting) on Sunday 27th Dec and Sun Jan 3rd with this continued mild spell of winter! Just pay £2 direct to bar staff who will switch on the lights.

Social squash will also continue as normal on the same dates above to help you work off the Xmas excess!
